I think individually he’s brought out a lot of confidence in the players, some are playing their best football we’ve seen in a long time, which is making a massive difference on the pitch. But I think we all see there is still some structural weaknesses in the backfield, but hopefully come to the later part of the season when the stakes are high I’m confident that these problems will be addressed hopefully through strong team chemistry and high winning performance mentality. I see that as tuchels strengths and contribution
Would be unwise of him to leave, feels like it took him long enough to feel comfortable as a leader and playmaker, he should focus on excelling further in his current role
