It's not thaaaat bad c'mon guys! I mean I'm sometimes forced to setup/debug something on my family/relative's windows PC and all I take is a pill to keep my nausea under control that's it.

Same. The UI is pretty good and modern, they support TOPT and cards as well and the development is being done at a good pace.

Paying education loans even after 20 years of working in public service? Seems like a failure of the education system. I'm from Europe, also been to India a lot on business, and never have I seen anything of this magnitude. You can get a good education even in India for a very nominal tuition fee that middle-class parents are also able to cover without taking out loans. For poor families, it's virtually nothing in good state universities. The idea is that education will empower even the poor and they'll be able to get a good job and become tax paying citizens. Not like if you're poor, we're still gonna crush the heck out of you with more debt. The latter seems to be the strategy employed in the US. In most European countries, education is virtually free covered by taxes. Of course taxes are high but it benefits everyone in terms of healthcare and education. Is that really so bad? Isn't it the government's job to make sure EVERYONE has access to good healthcare and education? Then why does it feel that it is a money-oriented corporation running the country rather than a government?

Sorry, went on a rant there. Whenever I see something like this it just makes my blood boil. Teachers, firefighters, nurses still paying student loans after a decade or two, that's a failure of the education system right there.

I only played via Steam so I wouldn't know. I hear it's a good deal, but I've made it a point to not accept such good deals from BigTech. Have gotten screwed over too many times. Remember when Google Photos allowed unlimited storage?

Ah old days... I used to boot into Windows 10 just for gaming but when Valve's Proton matured to the point that all my games could work on Linux I very happily nuked it out of existence. But yeah if someone plays Fortnite or needs Adobe products then you still can't do much unfortunately.

Appears fine to me.

They have it planned if you go through the ReadMe in the repo, some work needs to be done before that.

If you have ever searched for open source keyboards, you might have come across OpenBoard. But that project hasn't seen development in more than an year. Thankfully, there is a fork of it that is being worked upon quite actively. It already supports autocorrect, glide typing, user-defined dictionaries, multilingual typing and now material you themeing as well.

I wonder if you can install their android app using WayDroid and then run 1080p/4k streams.

Prolly not worth the effort considering they're treating linux users like shit, they don't deserve our money.

They should add login and subscription handling on their website as well like so many do, with 30% off on the subscription fee because there'd be no Google tax.

Damn I should have pushed harder when that incident with WhatsApp was all over the news. Only a few of my friends and a couple of family members switched.

Source.

Simple Mobile apps have been very popular among FOSS enthusiasts. I've personally been using the Gallery, Contacts and the Phone app since a few years now. It's a shame that it has come to this, will be on the lookout for their forks.
