I think it’s level of importance is inversely proportional to how bad the winning team has been in the recent past

Denver Nuggets players shot 5-26 from the field in the 1st quarter vs Houston. 1-16 FG if we exclude Jokic, who had 14 of their total 19 points in the quarter in c/nba@nba.space
