It's hard not to become numb to this all. In grade school I was taught that oil consumption was killing the world.

A decade later its still the case. The more i read into it the more i realise it was always the case.

Oil companies want to burn the world. Theres nothing more to say.

I don't belive the legal system is capable of resolving climate disasters. This leaves two options counter-terrorism or climate induced decimation of a majority of the populous.

They really haven't yet. The concept is that reusable rockets will be cheaper than soviet era single use rockets.. eventually.

On a surface level it makes sense, taking a rocket refurbishing it, and refueling sounds cheaper. But its not. Not yet anyways. Too complex and expensive presently.

To my knowledge the client (gog galaxy) doesn't work. But the binary installers the actual games you buy can still work.

Yep plenty of people in the media miss use climate change to green wash (and green light) new projects.

Its a shame. We really need PSAs or something to help straighten out public consensus of what exactly climate change is and what it causes.

Its profit in the long run yes. But in short term extra people accumulating debt means less cash floating around the bank to put into other investments.

This can be an actual problem if it someone goes to withdraw their balance and the bank literally doesn't have money becuse too many of their credit users spent the banks cash.

I'm using arch Linux. But for the most part I don't think it really matters.

Flatpack Teams, and web version the rest of the M$ software.

It works well enough. Though web versions of M$ software is weirdly limited for reasons I can only understand as arbitration.

For instance very large excel files don't load in web excel, and iirc you cannot insert formulas in web word.

What I like more is that it looks like only half the win10 users are switching to win11

Edit: -1% win10, +0.5% win11
