Just curious, how many people here are interested in building a small business like the HVAC or equipment rental company?
I frequent subs with people who do really well financially and some of these guys in this industry are retiring at 40’s. However, it seems like most college graduates (esp in tech) avoid them because these are unsexy and is considered trade.
Are you hell bent on tech? Or are you interested in building a profitable company that allows you to be busy and retire early?
Also, if you have any insight on these lucrative small businesses, please share!
