Not if you have tax residence somewhere else.

But the US don’t care and you still have to pay to then too

Only really slowmad. Only rent furnished apartments. Easily done, plenty of fb groups on that area you’re in.

Georgia 🇬🇪, 1% freelancer tax up to $170k

It’s a great base to build enough capital to buy property etc.

Live there 6 months if the year and then live/travel for the rest.

Huge expat/DN community.

Service isn’t great and can sometimes be annoying place to live (but nowhere is perfect).

The pros outweigh the cons.

Hate co working spaces. I work from home and then go to cafes for breakfast/lunch to get out and work a couple hours there.

Gym Supermarket Beach

Couldn’t think of anything worse than staying in hostels while working.
