It's the same in Arabic! "مئة واثنان وثلاثون" = "hundred and two and thirty" Not sure about German, but the Arabic example can theoretically come with in any order. However, you almost never see it another way

If you want to be pedantic about it, it's pronounced like
Ya(cht) o(ar) ea(t)
Or
Ya(cht) o(ar) oui
In American English. (Stop pronouncing the words at the parenthesis). Better to learn IPA for this sort of questions
For the 3rd, usually you flip the order (same as skipping the の). So 大学芋アイス could read as "University's Potato Ice(cream)" while 芋大学アイス reads (Potato University's Ice(cream)"
