KDEC has been horribly buggy on IOS in my experience. Never connecting or showing devices only occasionally.
100% The only reason I even allow google on the network is for YouTube.
A pixel, if you buy into GrapheneOS being the pinnacle of security. Otherwise, anything with an unlockable bootloader and LineagOS support.
That's my guess as well. Their mobile app updates feel like they are only there to circumvent adblockers and stopped working all together months ago.

Newpipe has groups that you could use to separate subscribed chanels by account. No logging in though, by design.
Any android without google play. Many apps lack notifications outside of firebase.
