Gannon and Ryans have their teams playing inspired football against much more talented rosters, but Steichen took a raw, project rookie quarterback and built an offense around his strengths. And then when that QB went down with injury he reinvented a completely different offense that's still productive. I think he's showing he's a very, very good coach in his first year in the big chair
