If people are willing to pay it...

Depends on your perspective.

This is bad from a business, creativity, and human rights standpoint.

However, it's good that a shitty company like EA with predatory products is going to be even more exploitative and predatory from here on out.

I enjoy watching the useful idiots get taken for a ride.

Major reason why the only move is not to play in this economy.

If you're not breaking the law or screwing someone else over, you're the one getting fucked.

And people think I’m crazy for making my life harder by not shopping at places like Amazon or being a pirate and not giving money to Netflix etc.

You're not crazy; you're smart.

The average person just doesn't want to accept how stupid they are.

As usual, renting is one of the biggest scams society has fallen for.

We only accept it as normal because so many people around us are doing it.

Glad I stopped caring about the game industry.

Now it's just fun to laugh and point the finger at all the morons/losers getting taken advantage of for being stupid.

The culture of consumption is the greatest threat to humanity.

Capitalism, and even communism, are just means to that end.

The entire investor community is filled with shitbags.

Hey average person.

He's saying that if you show a smartphone to someone who has no concept of modern technology without teaching them how it works, then they will think it's magic.

This honestly shouldn't be a stretch for you to understand, but you're average so it makes sense.

Stay in school.

Considering how much of our existence is online these days, it seems like denying people the means to participate is almost like denying their right to exist.

I'd like to see a world where everyone has the capability to shape this digital space in a fair and accessible manner.
