Yeah. I think it's the customers bank that caused an issue.

I've had a successful purchase from joma and so have many people here.

It's not a franken watch. It's a sales tactic. You can swap dials at Rolex service and pay a lot of money to do so but Its legit. They just want to sell what they have.

It's cheaper to just buy the watch you want and not worry about swapping.

I would go to an ad. Ladies watches are not that hard to get and for a fancy gift try getting it new. You might be able to say the timeline and see what they can do.

Or if you find a better deal get a good used one from a reputable dealer.

Easiest and most money are 2 separate things... Your best bet is to find a trusted dealer or Auction house.

Don't waste time on a forum or eBay or such for a one time sale of a high value item. Too many problems could arise.

I would go to a high end watch store... It's part of the experience at that price unless you really know what you want
