In my opinion, she doesn’t need to worry about books right now. She needs to focus on treating every single person that walks in as if they’re the most important thing in the world. And ask for referrals!

There’s very few business categories that are truly impossible to break in to. If you really have passion and drive, you can make it happen.
I like the dot cards that use NFC. I’m sure there are others but that’s the one I use. You literally get the card near their phone and (as long as NFC is turned on) all of our info opens up in a website asap. All they have to do is click save contact. But I will also add I always keep regular business cards as well. I find sometimes there’s a need for those still, especially if any of your client base or prospect list is a little “old school”.
