I'm selling one here, I think this price is a reasonable expectation for grey market for this model, though less if you're not looking for full kit.

Hi all, I was gifted this Seiko Data 2000 about ten years ago, but rarely wore it. It stopped working, and changing the battery hasnt helped. Anyone have any experience with these or thoughts on if/how I could go about getting it fixed? Thanks in advance and happy thanksgiving!

If you've never owned a mechanical watch, I'd start with something like this to see if it's something you'd really like it/wear it.

Sugess is doing some awesome designs and uses a reliable movement. It's an awesome value at this price point, and is a better introduction to mechanical moon phases imo. AliExpress is selling it for like 190 right now. Just a thought if price is a concern.

Don't buy straight from Seiko, use jomashop, creationwatches, or Amazon or eBay. All will be significantly cheaper then buying direct.

Creationwatches has some good deals on those right now.
