I’ve been in therapy ever since startup and I feel it’s the secret key. Helped me through imposter syndrome, frustration, more imposture syndrome as I progress to the next stage, redefining goals…so yeah, therapy helps.

Avoid burnout from the source. We here for the long run, our startup is only as valuable as our own mental health. Our company and “momentum” did not happen because the startup is such a great idea on its own, it gained momentum cuz of us, the founders. If I get achieve one thing, I can do it again. So it’s more important to preserve me, not the momentum.
Also I therapy once a week for 2 years ever since my startup is growing. It helps.
