That's what I figured. Sounds like they have a hard time enforcing and checking people get the correct PPE.

Can't the stone be cut and handled without generating airborn dust?
It might not be common knowlage, but don't ever dig holes in sand or loose soil, and stand in/next to it. Every year people die, buried alive.

I have figured that if I'm not clean enough to use the same towel all over, I haven't showered well enough. But I don't see any problem in having multiple towels
I usually go for once a week to once every two weeks. But I do have a heated towel dryer, and k think that helps to keep bacteria to grow in them. My advice is to make sure you hang your towl somewhere they can air out well
