Hah. What prompted this post was I actually just discovered ventoy and was looking for more images to put on there.

It seems like it can even do a Windows one for when I need to do odd 3rd party firmware update that of course doesn't support Linux.

Depending on what you're using it for. For companies it feels like the tide is shifting toward using k8s and not caring what actually runs your containers.

It's supposed to be, but while I have 10G switches, the fastest NIC I have is 2.5G so I can only confirm it goes 2.5G both ways. Wifi goes barely above 1.2Gbps (until I get a 6ghz device I guess)

It was cheaper than our previous 1Gbps plan, but required a tech to come in and upgrade the hardware -- we got a Network Access Hub, which is awful, you can't turn off their DHCP server, and you can't have a larger than /24 IPv4 subnet. On the other hand, it was free, a 3rd party 10G gateway/router is expensive and power hungry.

I imagine /c/PFC will attract the lower percentile tippers, but how much do you guys tip your dog groomers for an average job?

We tip a lot for ours cause they really do a good job, but were just wondering what's the norm.

I mean it has longhorn and NFS storage providers, k8s would just be for the services cause it's easy to deploy and manage.
