gta is just a mass appeal game. people who dont care or know how shitty they are, or dont even play video games will pick this up.

i just bought gta 4. hopefully it runs okay
life changing. i love watching movies, but the experience you get from a 4k disc insane.
they just need to keep the same graphics and improve optimization and stop relying on dlss and frame gen.
that shit works well, but id be really impressed to just play a game that looks great and throw on ray tracing and still dont need to use dlss to get above 100 fps.
thats exactly why, if it wasn't broken no one would be saying anything.
its like a bunch of people running a marathon and a few take the bridge across while most others jump into the river because its moving faster
same boat. as soon as that service was announced it never made sense to me.
i play a lot of games, but its never at a consistent pace, just makes more sense to buy.
same goes for shit like netflix. im not constantly watching something, so why wouldn't i just buy the movie when i have a movie night.

also they need to stop putting 'X' in their naming scheme, it's already in 'Xbox'. i haven't been able to identify which xbox is which generation since the 360 because of how absurd it is
ive never used Emby, and Kodi i havent used for quite some time, maybe almost 15 years. aside from it probably being quite different from when i used it it worked well at the time.
moved to jellyfin after plex was an absolute nightmare to setup on linux.
jellyfin is just so easy to use and like you said, just works
on windows i used mp3tag, and on linux i use puddletag
everyone listening to audio on a modern phone will be using bluetooth anyway. lossless is jist a money grab.
even my local flac files are indistinguishable from standard quality streamed media over bluetooth

ive preferred rechargeable batteries on all my controllers as they last quite a while.
only absolute shit one is the ps5 controller which last a couple hours and has atrocious standby time. i don't know how it can be so bad.
