Looking for an inexpensive rugged daily. Anyone have one of these that can give feedback? Is the full lume dial distracting in low light? How does it look in the daylight - is the picture pretty accurate in terms of the color?
I searched the sub and found some posts about similar models but not about this one.

Why people are obsessed with seiko, to the point where half their collection is seiko, I'll never understand. Their designs are all derivative and far as I can tell their quality unremarkable and fully reflective of their price point. I am considering one as a beater since i dont want to daily wear a $2k+ watch, but I don't get their followng.
