I agree. It's annoying and selfish. I often go back to older threads I've participated in to see other people's points of view, to see if maybe I missed something. But to then see "permanently deleted" or words of that effect, that's just sad. I can't learn from those. No one can.

Yeah that would be a great joke on my part, too. Getting my answers and just deleting the question in a day or so.
I'm not intending on doing that though. So, if it does happen, it's not because of something that I did.
A month I can kind of understand. I let mastodon auto delete my month old posts. But a few days? I don't know...
But you're right, it could be that they didn't like the answers they got. That does make the most sense. Like that kid who's dating that Muslim girl, and pretty much all of the reactions sided with her point of view.
Descent broke my brain. I'm pretty good at navigating in FPS', but Descent's 4 axis of movement just didn't click for me. I kept getting lost, recently I tried it again after many years, I just can't wrap my head around it.
Same with space sims. I'm dog awful in dog fights.
I can get upset if my post gets a few downvotes, like -5 or something, but oddly when it reaches -10 or lower it doesn't affect me. Though it's rare for me to see my posts go that deeply down.
Upvotes on my posts feel nice.
When I see it with other people who get downvoted because their jokes are misunderstood or if their argument isn't well received but they meant well and it was on topic, I feel bad for them and give them an upvote (even when I don't agree with them).
Though some people deserve their downvotes, if it's clear that they don't belong in that community or are arguing in obvious bad faith. I don't often give out downvotes, but those people tempt me
But lets not make him "famous".
The reason why I made my comment is because in the US some car manufacturers use the rear brake lights for the indicator lights too. Which is just stupid and dangerous and thankfully illegal in Europe.
It would be really stupid to have amber brake lights in the front. And given US car manufacturers track record, they'd be so stupid to repurpose the front indicator lights as front brake lights to cut costs.
Make it blue or green or any other color, but not amber or white.
The amber color should only be used for the indicator lights, and should be amber on the front, side and back of the car.
Eww she smokes in bed?
What do you suggest we do?
Sadly yes, it's got its own category of type of killing too:

And it's usually the woman that suffers, or gets killed.
And the day just started for me.
I'd then update the post thanking every one for the answers provided, and that you don't need any more.
