Are there any solutions that are more like running a bus around every room, as opposed to wiring a ton of circuits? I certainly would love to have all the wiring people are suggesting. But at some point it seems like guessing what you'll need and installing 2x and then covering it with drywall is backwards.

Removable wainscotting? NNN-conductor bands that run a loop around the floor and ceiling of every room? How can I make my walls into breadboards while also looking acceptable and meeting code?

The SHT30's on a D1 mini backpack PCB. The DS18B20 is one I got from Adafruit, in TO-92 packaging, and was on a little breadboard, so I would assume it'd have less thermal mass.

I wonder. In the couple days after this screencap the DS18B20 also had some weird spots where it jumped up above the SHT30, paralleled it for a while, and then dropped back down. So I'm inclined to treat it as a bit flaky, though for rough comparisons/tracking still useful (especially since it's cheap and 1-wire is easy to hook up).
