Hiring Josh McDaniels after making the playoffs was certainly one of them.

He was actually a pretty solid run defender with us in 2015 as well, but the guy could never get out of his own way.

I think if we gave Darren McFadden a better offensive line to block for him he wouldn't have been injured so often and would have been a perennial all pro. he was absolutely electric in 2010 and the first half of 2011, but he could never stay fully healthy.
