This is actually I think how Airbnb was originally supposed to work... You rent out a room or an in law suite that you aren't otherwise using. Or maybe your condo in a resort town when you're not there. Unfortunately became so lucrative that you can make more money doing that than renting. I stayed in one in a ski town recently that was clearly at least two separate apartments before and had all been combined to house large groups. Felt kinda crappy about that, and it goes to show how it eats up the housing stock

The biggest risk out in the woods is microorganisms. If you boil it or use a well designed filter you are likely going to be fine if you're drinking otherwise clear water.
I wouldn't just filter the water from the Hudson river and go to town, but if it's 10 miles to the nearest road I think you're probably doing better than your tap
I think you're misunderstanding the post... He's saying property taxes are a necessary source of government revenue (that we all benefit from) but you shouldn't have to pay it if it's a primary residence and there should be a different structure or revenue stream. I agree with that, since a property tax is basically a wealth tax on ordinary people because it is a tax on their single biggest asset.
Initial ballot got lost in the mail or something and I didn't request a replacement in time
Older maritimers remember the reform party and the apparent disdain they had for us. Unfortunately when the pcs and reform merged, we got mostly reform out of the deal
That happened to me last election 🙄
Narrator: it wasn't
This is just the same democrat message that alienates men in the first place. It's scolding but also not acknowledging that men (and white men) arent doing well right now. I think this message is counter productive.
I was taking a break on a hike a few weeks ago and a group of 3 girls and a guy passed me and the guy was narrating John Wick 4 scene by scene
I've been listening to the audio books when I do my 10 h drive home for vacations/holidays and I watched the show first. I'm on book 7 now.
I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed book 1 and 2, but 3 through 6 I did find tedious to get through having seen the show and knowing what happens. I'm enjoying 7 again with a fresh story.
Personally, one of my favourite things about the series is the realism of the sci-fi setting and the use as a setting for a political drama.
Sort of agree on the filler and formulaic type writing as well, but I haven't noticed it as much with some fresh plot development
They work in Sweden... and Canada...
Not sure if you remember/were around for it, but I think this was in a response to AskReddit titles being a story followed by a question instead of just a question.
E.g. dear reddit, today my dog killed my flowers. What's a time you were emotionally devastated?
Don't see why you couldn't have limited to a question in the title and allowed story time in the post though
