True. Though maybe also activism until manufacturers are held accountable for their production methods and clean up costs. I do my share but I'm tired of being told it's on me. It's on corporate greed. Instead of spending on lobbying to avoid any changes to the status quo, they could spend much less coming up with different cleaner methods of production.

You will almost always be asked why you want the job, and money is implicitly understood for everyone that applies to the position. Don't bother mentioning it, it will only hurt your chances. IMO the way to answer that question is to link the job to your ambitions i.e. as a stepping stone, or your past experiences as a logical continuation and your capacity to be an asset, and finally any other motivations you can think of.

Because everyone is struggling and tired of it? I think mental exhaustion, burnout, anxiety are common currency these days. Don't be hard on yourself if you need a warm up before you get started, like an old reliable beloved car.
How are you transferring these files? I understand it's less convenient but could you maybe take the sd card out and plug it into a laptop instead?
