I’m truly surprised how many people are doubting her statement because, honestly, this is typical ADA bullshit that happens on a daily basis.
Clearly something violent occurred. It can be true that she experienced abuse AND that the ADA completely made up facts, attributed quotes, and twisted words for the purpose of an arraignment. An initial arraignment is just a reading of the charges and a taking of the plea. It generally occurs after very little investigation and the facts are often amended before the indictment or the trial. This shit she’s describing happens all the time.
On top of that, Gondrezick doesn’t even come to KPJ’s defense or deny that she was attacked. So many of you who are dismissing her statement as if she’s been brainwashed by domestic violence are doing exactly what she’s accusing the ADA of doing.
