I just got approval from my boss and they were cool with it. I think the stress of worrying about getting canned would be too much for me. I feel like I would have given it away since it’s a smaller company.
If you’re using your own computer, I don’t see the issue of your work is getting done.
Maybe if you’re back in your home country anytime soon break the news that you’d like to work out the country?

Imo, im not a big fan of hectic, hot Asian cities, but Bangkok is awesome and can still be super affordable. Also tinder and bumble work quite well
