looking at the history it looks like in 2020 democrats were trying to push this through but via a state ratification process. keep in mind dems only had congress for two years and there were other things they were trying to get done such as ACA. reading through the history though it seems everytime it is put forward or progress is made toward it, it is being pushed forward by democrats. what are you bitching about now? that biden didnt dictator it in like Trump does? why do types like you only ever bitch about dems and not repubs? how much is putin paying you? or is he just holding your family in front of a window?

i doubt it would have made it past the republican owned Congress that Biden experienced during his tenure. has very little to do with lack of Democrat support. this just smells like anti-Democrat whataboutism to me.

are you talking about something in the 70s? how is that relevant to today?

i think people knew. the lack of wisdom was that they didn't go out to vote

mine is that people in general are bad and terrible and my ideal life would be as a hermit with very little interaction with anyone except my animals and plants and no impact from people or governments and never reading the news.

when i was young, i was optimistic about the future of the human race but reality has bitch-smacked my inner child and taught me the truth and it keeps getting confirmed the older and older I get.

so what lessons have you learned as you've gotten older?

I was permabanned a while ago due to support of my boy Luigi for "inciting violence".

Whatever. I tried getting around it the traditional ways (making new accounts with temporary emails, using VPNs) but was having no luck. They had beefed up the way they do permabans.

My question is: has anyone found a way to get around a permaban on reddit that works in 2025 without being silently banned? I'd need specific details. I'm hoping to access on iOS also but if it needs to be on PC that's fine too.

I'm not going to appeal my ban since I don't believe I did anything wrong but I do want to stick it to them by getting around their ban. Besides there are some communities I need to be able to ask questions in.

I'm trying to get advice from a professional for my personal tax/investment situation since I probably complicated things. I don't know where to start. I've always just googled things and kinda went with it but things got really complicated and I didn't know who to go to for help. How do you guys get finance advice? Do you go to a bank branch or someone else? Is there a good way to get personalized advice without being charged out the wazoo for it?
