I've recently been given medication for a rash I've been experiencing. With this app I can nicely track when the rash starts, at what time I take my medication and how effective it is.
Seems to be a single developer who created a solid app. Also available on Playstore.
I agree with your basic point that just claiming the space with a flag and not using it is no fun but if you look at the final state of the section you posted the flags are very nicely decorated with artwork
