What's a business that when you first heard it, thought it was the dumbest idea in the world, and it turned out to be hugely successful? in c/entrepreneur@indiehackers.space

Not a business but a new concept. I was I college and was I introduced to electronic mail (email). At the time we had to hoof it to a computer lab, then log into a green screen and use a text based UI.

I thought, this is the stupidest thing ever…. Obviously I am not a visionary.
