I think you saw what I saw. The tensioned Bowden tube going from the tool head to the frame. While that might be a problem I think he asked about something else. I only caught that after reading the other comments. But correct me if I am wrong :)

With Debian not being a rolling release id think it is relevant to stay up to date with your container daemon. IMHO.

Capacity and changing speed are two different things. I know from lipo cells used in Rx models that discharge speed is given in C which is derived from the max charge current per cell IRK. This Indicates that you can charge a battery with two cells faster. Given a good battery management system of course.

I think you are looking for the word duty or responsibility. Not a native speaker but there is a word for something that you have to to when gaining rights.
