Does anyone have any recommendations for medical only travel insurance?

It needs to cover multiple trips, have a pretty good coverage worldwide. Not too concerned about the cost but would like to keep it below 1-2k a year.

I used to be with GeoBlue with my previous employer and it was great. Never had any issue claiming, the process was pretty smooth and painless, the support readily available, and I have claimed thousands with them. Unfortunately they only offer the insurance to US residents and US company employees. The coverage was around £10m if I recall correctly, so it wasn't a concern when travelling to the states for example.

I want this peace of mind again, but struggling to find anything comparable from UK providers.

I have a separate travel insurance from my credit card for anything non medical.

WeWork. Why would you pay money to work in a public space if you can just stay at home in a comfy sofa and not have to deal with all these distractions?
