If you are planning to live somewhere for 2 years, you should be open to learning the language.

Also, with such a tight budget you probably won't be eating at restaurants. Fortunately, You can buy and cook vegetables at home just about anywhere.

Removing those two "requirements" gives you a ton of options as long as you aren't tying to live in a big city.

Are you booking individually or round trip? I fly out of Miami, but get decent nonstop or 1 stop RT flights for 600-750

The biggest problem with this is that they don't have anywhere near enough dollars on hand to lift the cap.
