I believe so and I know they've done things to benefit players in the past but this particular problem hasn't been addressed iirc.

Yea, Ramos' recklessness and aggression was part of the reason he was so good. The man went to war every single game for better or worse. His red card record is a byproduct of that. It's not a bug, it's intentional design lol.
