Do you have only one active business or do you manage more of them at the same time? How do you usually find clients: organic or ads or what? In percentage how many of your projects fail?

Calm down. It depends on what you are selling. Tiktok is good but non for every kind of service or product. It depends. You need marketing research to understand the habits of your typical customer and select where to put ads.
