Because I'm new to watches and want to expand on my knowledge. Perhaps there are other boxes that I am not familiar with. Additionally, the person who owes me works for a well off family who i know gifts watches to their employees.

I'm just looking for others to confirm my suspicion on the watch's authenticity. I wish there was a clearer image too..
