You could do this manually with handwriting using cut and paste but it's definitely not like a feature that's built in or anything.
I think your best bet is to find an eink tablet that runs android apps but I haven't looked into them and what they run etc.
Please tell them about this! They should let us choose serif or non serif for all text. Just serif titles is mad!
