Sorry to hear that even if you had the advantage of having the wisdom of a 38 year old at 8 you still don't find life worth living. I disagree, but can sympathize with the cynicism. I hope you find something akin to peace.

Would it possible or at least plausible for someone with no prior experience of handling or shooting firearms to become a good shooter? in c/asklemmy@lemmy.ml

The answer is an unequivocal yes. Idk what the logic is that would lead you to differentiate shooting a gun from any of the other millions of dexterity challenges, but some people are better at it without any previous exposure just instincts, it's not chess. Bullets go straight.

The number of times a person mentions ChatGPT in a random real-world conversation might work as a rule of thumb to measure her intelligence (inverse proportion, of course) in c/showerthoughts@lemmy.world
