Idk about the gpu screen recorder but for the keychain for Discord if you disable the KDE wallet subsystem (which is just in the kde system settings) it should stop asking. it’s never caused me an issue and made the discord popup go away. its a dirty solution but its what worked for me.

Yeah i get 250fps in it on Windows and 90-120 on Linux. When the game launched smoke grenades didn't even work so i think its safe to say it was untested. Hopefully improvements soon.

Can't, vac wont allow that.

Game's audio was borked for me, needed -sdlaudiodriver pipewire as an argument.

Even then particle effects weren't displaying correctly, if at all. I dual booted back into Windows because i found it unplayable.

Edit: Sep 28 Evening update fixed gfx issues

I recommend The Decursio Project if youre looking for an in depth industrial modpack (it does require magic, if thats a deal breaker). it has minecolonies too. Im running a private server on it right now and its the best mod pack ive ever played, though i did disable the "ages" mechanic and im not doing the quests, just using them as a reference.

I found running mo2 through the github script and then disregarding the recommended proton version for version 8 fixed all the GUI lag and then allowed me to launch most modding tools, as well as enabling better vfs support
