It’s just that now I finally can. Between Tailscale and NixOS, its now fun and easy to set up reproducibly and available from anywhere

How to register LAN hosts automatically? (alien.top)
 

I’m looking for a way to add DNS entries for hosts that exist on LAN.

I’m running unbound with a local zone configured with my server and a bunch of virtual hosts running on that server.

However the IP address of my server is now statically written in the unbound config zone A record. And then express the virtual hosts in terms of the server (cname)
