Cars are not inherently bad, they are being utilized poorly. In dense urban areas, private cars are the worst option in terms of efficiency. However, currently in many cities it's also the best due to city planning. This ought to change by investing into better infrastructure. In rural areas I see cars as the best option as it's cheap and efficient there.

I've always found it amusing when people try to use logic to state that Jesus did this and this and it isn't logical or God isn't logical.
I have slept many nights, on average about once a day for many years. In my experience, it's the routine that has the most effect. I know it's super difficult to maintain but going to bed and waking up same time everyday is the key.
