Considering that version is not released yet, you should probably search GH issues for the same error or open a new issue if it's not there yet.
I hope NVK can one time surpass the current nvidia driver, at least for the needs of a basic (possibly gaming oriented) linux user.
Nvidia simply does not care about that and it doesn't seem like it will change anytime soon.
Scan it eith different AV, like MBAM for example and if it also detects try googling the name of the detected malware.
I guess this is to get some kind of parity with nfsd
Do you use some kind of antivirus that inspects your outgoing traffic?
It works alright for me, different networks, different devices.
Even in the finish location, if any of the "law" fuckers scourging the open trackers, sends an abuse/dmca to Hetzner, you will have some explaining to do as they will raise it as a ticket and require an explanation as to what happened and what is your course of action to remedy it.

If I had to guess (and simplify too) I would say that that would be the difference between your freshly compiled C program just dying with sigsegv then getting (mostly) peacefully cleaned up, or otherwise your system either flat out dying on you or even worse, something somewhere getting corrupted and the system spirals out of control possibly thrashing data and even hardware.
To top it of it seems it's also contained in libcurl, and getting RCEd just by doing a request does not sound fun.
