It is free and open source. It will output files in any way you want including MS readable formats.

I havent watched any new apple content lately because I hate the apps. I’m going to watch it a different way which is somehow less tedious but more economically feasible.

I think it’s a closed beta. It’s an open world survival with pvp elements.
