Our politicians are so gullible to believe businesses needed TFWs to fill jobs. They have to understand that it's always only about increasing profits. Not only should they not have brought in TFWs, but minimum wage needs to be raised to be a livable wage. If a business isn't making enough to pay every employee a livable wage, then their business model is a failure and they don't deserve to be in business. Not only Tim Hortons, but Walmart and Amazon are forcing governments to subsidize their low employee wages by having employees need food banks and other social services just to survive. It's criminal.

A good start would be for the federal government to stop funding news orgs that have more than 0% foreign ownership or funding.

Worker cooperatives.

Also, housing cooperatives and other types of cooperatives everywhere.

A UBI is intended to be inexpensive to administer, this is why everyone gets it unconditionally, but income taxes need to be increased so that the wealthy end up paying back what they got and more, such that it balances the cost of giving it to everyone.

Poilievre obviously doesn't understand money. Whether spending more money than you have in the bank account can make sense depends on what you are spending it on. Spending it on growing our economy and creating jobs makes it an investment that will create greater returns than the interest on it. Spending it to help people pay for rent and food when there is a pandemic and they are not able to work makes sense. Certainly not all of our debt was spent wisely but also certainly not all debt is bad either.

Aegis Authenticator is a good alternative to Authy on Android.

What happened to the 128 Ethereum Buterin donated to them back in November?

I don't see anyone in Canada saying, or even implying, that China is the solution. Canada doesn't have a trade deal with China. All it has is what it had before the 100% tariff on EVs was put in place. While China has issues, it also has things many, sometimes any, countries can't get anywhere else. It will take time to fix that.
