Yup. Only time I ever turn bluetooth on is when I'm using my game controller or the little speaker I move to whatever room I'm in. If it's not being used for either of those things, it stays off. I don't even use it to connect my cell to my computer—that's what usb is for.
I am trying to shop around for a new gaming laptop, but I'm having a hard time finding something that is Linux friendly and has AMD CPU and GPU, and is of the highest end possible so I don't have to upgrade it in a year (and if it's expandable, even better). I've looked at the Framework, and before you spout off about how great it is: have you actually owned one? I'm finding more and more that they are flimsy and just aren't quite "there" yet, but I hope that changes soon because the concept is what we need in laptops. Anyway, I can't seem to find anything on the higher end that has both CPU and GPU from AMD. If anyone has a link, feel free to drop it.
Oof. I really appreciate your time, but this is exactly what I tried, and it won't work for me. Can't find it after I install it, and trying to run it from cli (I use Konsole) does absolutely nothing. As it states right on that page, it only supports GNOME. I'm so sorry to waste your time.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong when I try to run it. It really, really sucks because I love their email and password manager, and the vpn is amazing on my phone. But I'm not about to blow $60 a year on something that only works on my phone. They really need to work on support for KDE Plasma. A looooot of people use it, and more are every day.
Another thing I noticed is that their pgp keys there say Fedora 39... we're all on 40 now...

Brother, I have been trying to find support for at least 20 years. There is none. I have had therapists straight up say to my face that they can't refute my arguments for not wanting to be alive. Mental health treatment is fucking joke anymore. They can't even diagnose shit. You know what their idea of a diagnosis is? Asking the same five fucking questions three different ways. How the fuck does that help diagnose that I have PTSD (or CPTSD, I'm not a fucking psychiatrist)? Oh, yeah, it doesn't. Which is why I had to figure it out myself AND THEY STILL WON'T LISTEN. And treatment is the same fucking handful of drugs to pick from, regardless if you're bipolar or just depressed. I'm on my hundredth round of trying to find help and I've been on a wait list for two months now. I'm done trying. I'm tired.

Yeah, I used to do the same; get all motivated and try to accomplish something, only for it to go nowhere. It's hard to do much of anything with literally no money or income. (Still waiting on disability, but I know that'll never happen because "yOu'Re A mAn YoU sHoUlD jUsT wOrK".) I did have my video games, but I've lost all interest in that now, too. Everything I already have to play keeps breaking and nothing good is coming out any time soon. Congratulations, capitalism, you have successfully enshittified everything. I'm done trying. I'm tired.
I do appreciate the kind words, though I think it would be better to save the energy for someone that still has hope.
