so the question no one has asked in this thread so far: how do we know that this girl didnt lie about her age to various people to get access to said party?
if his 20+ year old friends invite him to a party and i see other 20+ year old friends, acquaintances, and so on there, wouldn't his assumption be that everyone at this party is pretty close to his age and legal?
we saw this unfold with the bills punter in regards to how a 16/17 year old girl snuck into a party, lied about her age even when others asked her how old she was, and then accused said punter of heinous shit when it turns out he wasn't even at the party and didnt do anything. obviously the optics are a bit different with there being pictures of giddey and the girl taking selfies and shit, but none of them are egregious, sexual, or anything conclusive.
weird situation but it's hard to hold giddey accountable in this situation (just yet) when we've seen these scenarios play out time and time again with girls/women lying to get access to these people.
