Did you learn a new term and are desperate to use it wherever you can? It's not even cognitive dissonance. I think you ultimately got it mixed up with something else.

Mass shootings are rare globally (relative to other crimes), but when they do happen it's almost always in the US.

You guys will come up with any excuses to keep your firearms.

Game is just watered down af anyway to appeal to the call of duty crowd as much as possible. BF lost its identity, so you aren't missing anything.

They are unfocused. Spreading themselves thin over many products instead of focusing on the core that got them to where they are.

People got caught up with lemmy, as it was the most advertised one when the reddit exodus started. Mbin came a bit later after Kbin was doomed. Most won't bother changing and new users usually go for the more popular options.

I agree though, Mbin is the cleanest
