Would second the BC vibes, but without any additional detail it could easily be Europe too. Don't know how common a sight like this would be in South America, I'd maybe expect a little less tree growth?

When I saw the staggering amount of managers, associate directors, directors, VPs enter another management position here, I did begin to wonder what the ratio is to actual educators employed (this is specific to SFU, but I doubt it's much different at other unis).
Don't even get me started on how they waste their money on bullshit.
We shouldn't want education to disappear, but holy shit there needs some stronger rules and guidelines about this or what differentiates an actual place of education from a money grab

What's wrong with not allowing machinery to be sold off for peanuts and instead continuing to build cars. Maybe that arrow project that was in some news (all Canadian car), is that not a worthwhile project...oh is it too cheap perhaps???
