From personal experience I've found that an OpenVPN connection routed over port 53 (same as DNS) bypasses their signin screen entirely.
Of course it's been months since I last tried since I rarely go into the store and don't have reception issues when I do. Could be they've patched it since. Still worth a shot.
What we have now is non-representative. Rather, it's representative of land, not voters.
I am literally only on Twitter for the porn at this point. If I want actually intelligent microblogging I just peruse Mastodon via my Kbin account.

The fact that usenet has still hung on all this time as more than just a place for people to share pirated files is honestly impressive, and also is a pretty decent endorsement. Unfortunately it has a fair number of weaknesses, especially in terms of moderation tools and access these days, but ultimately a lot of what people want in a social media platform can be found on usenet. An effort to update it for modern sensibilities might actually create something pretty cool.
In fact we'll provide you with a handy list of all of the places you should absolutely avoid. Indexed by interest and type even!
The Sega Dreamcast. Live CD distributions of Linux were really taking off around then, so some enterprising sorts decided to see if they could get Linux running on the Dreamcast. They partially succeeded, though accessing some of the hardware was... dicey. That said, the Dreamcast had a native keyboard adapter and they managed to get support for that going pretty quickly.
Unfortunately the project kind of stagnated, but you can read up on more of it on the sourceforge project page.
You still can. Not only that, you can install emulators and Retroarch, the thing is capable of running consoles up through PS1 games, though the button mapping for most games is a bit awkward.
Also !sbcgaming if you're into that sort of thing.
Gosh I love scrolling through 7 pages just to read two paragraphs!
Most definitely. Can't stop the tinkering. :3
