There is OpenAndroidInstaller which looks great, but is still in Beta so I'm not sure if I would use it.

So is it the same as Plexus?

You can't. Proton only supports torrenting on specific servers that aren't included in the free plan

So not really worse than any other Android phones

Definitely not as good as signal but at least Whatsapp is e2e encrypted unlike Instagram

IIRC it breaks end to end encryption so not interested

Maybe you could donate a small donation to multiple projects/creators every month? Even 1$ per month is 12$ a year per project which is of course better than nothing

Hasn't been updated in a year and is over 3000 commits behind Signal. I wouldn't use

Snapchat has the snap map feature where you can see the location of others who share it and I have seen so many people who have it enabled for ALL their Snapchat friends, while also accepting pretty much anyone as a friend. Scary shit

No, only Bitwarden self hosting

Some would argue that as 1password is proprietary it can't be trusted as much as open source Bitwarden

As we know, buying an older phone can be a big security risk, as it might not get updates anymore. How about laptops? i would install Linux on the laptop. Is it a security risk to buy a used and refurbished computer from maybe 2019?
