If you were in your early twenties and could do it all again what direction would you go? What do you wish you had done earlier? What advice do you wish you had gotten? What would you tell your younger self?

I would get into a different line of work. Either plumbing or electric. A lot of money to be made, you can move anywhere you want and always have a job plus make good money in whatever state you choose. Then get into real estate. Had a chance to but didn’t pull the trigger. Thats something I regret, cause I could have had a couple multi families by this time.
