Unless the DNC decides not to have a primary like we saw with Biden in '24 or use their wealth and power to crush progressive candidates like they tried to do in the NYC mayoral election. You're dangerously naive if you think that the issue with these people holding us under their thumb is that they don't have enough support from us.

You're the accelerationist here because you're the one demanding we turn our brains off and support the status quo and let them do as they wish. You're being played like a fiddle.

This is exactly why people need to join the Democratic party to change it from within.
There are only 2 options currently, completely insane and less insane, joining the less insane to improve it is the better option.
Trying to change things from a third party is a fools errand, they will never achieve power as long as Republicans and Democrats agree on sharing it.
